Principal and CEO
Faheem Iftikhar Siddiqui
Principal Consultant and CEO of Royal Prince Real Estate. The adviser behind every mandate, for more than twenty years.

Principal Consultant & CEO, Royal Prince Real Estate
Twenty years of saying no to the wrong property.
Faheem joined his father's Karachi office in 2002 and followed him to Dubai, where Royal Prince Real Estate was established in 2004. He leads the firm today as Principal and CEO and still runs every mandate personally. For more than two decades he has advised families, business owners and overseas Pakistanis on where to put capital, what to verify before paying a token, and when to walk away.
As his clients' lives spread across the Gulf, so did the work: Dubai first, then Saudi Arabia. Today RPRE works across Pakistan, the UAE and the Kingdom from one window, with Jeddah, Madinah and Makkah at the centre of the work and Islamabad and Karachi as home ground.
The clients are high-net-worth families and overseas Pakistanis who want one adviser across three countries, and who value a verification note more than a brochure. The advised track record runs to billions of dollars; almost all of it came by referral.
He works the way his clients live: on WhatsApp, directly, with the documents by email and the decisions made together. He is also an owner at Eighteen, Islamabad — he knows what it feels like to be on the buyer's side of a developer, and it shows in how RPRE negotiates.

How Faheem works
Four rules, applied to every mandate.
Verify before you fall in love.
Title, approvals, escrow and eligibility come before brochures and show flats. A beautiful unit on a bad title is a liability, not an asset.
Price is an outcome of structure.
Payment plans, milestones and exit terms move value more than a discount on the list price. We negotiate the structure first.
The exit is decided at entry.
Who buys this from you, and when, is the first question we ask. If the answer is unclear, we keep looking.
Stay after the keys.
Letting, management, documentation and the next decision. Our clients stay for decades because we do.
The family and the firm
Two generations, one standard.

Take the first step. Royally.
Tell us what you are trying to do. You will get a straight answer, including the one you may not want.
