Mr Siddiqui began in 1998, when he founded Prince Estate Services in Karachi. The firm focused on the premium markets of Clifton and DHA and took part in major transactions across the city's most sought-after locations. He became well known in Pakistan's business circles.
In 2004 he established Royal Prince Real Estate in Dubai. His son Faheem, who had joined him in Karachi in 2002, followed him there. The firm was later registered in Pakistan, with its head office in Islamabad.
Prince Estate Services remains active in Karachi under his leadership. It is a separate company from Royal Prince Real Estate. His focus today is Karachi and Gwadar.
