How do overseas Pakistanis buy property in Dubai — and get a Golden Visa?

Short answer

Any nationality can buy freehold property in Dubai's designated areas. A Pakistani buyer reserves with a booking amount, signs the sale agreement, pays by milestone into the developer's escrow account, and registers title at the Dubai Land Department. Property of AED 2m or more can qualify for the 10-year Golden Visa under current rules.

Why it is simple

Dubai has the most mature foreign-ownership framework in the region: freehold zones, a developer escrow law, an online title registry and a residency visa tied to property value. The risk is not the law — it is choosing the wrong product, developer or payment plan.

What we are selling now

  • Trump Tower Dubai — Sheikh Zayed Road, from AED 3.62m, 20% down and 10% per milestone to 2031.

  • DG1 Living — Business Bay canal, from AED 4.1m, 60% on completion in 2027.

Golden Visa in brief

Property worth AED 2m or more (purchase price, with mortgage rules that change) can qualify the owner — and dependants — for a renewable 10-year residency. We prepare the file after registration.

01

Do I need a UAE bank account?

Not to buy; payments can come from abroad to the escrow account. An account helps for service charges and rental income.

02

Can I buy without visiting Dubai?

Yes; our Dubai team can view on your behalf and the paperwork is remote.

03

Which gives better rental yield, Dubai or Jeddah?

Dubai yields are more established and liquid; Jeddah offers earlier-cycle pricing. Most of our clients hold one of each.
