06Can anyone buy here?
Yes. The project is in a freehold zone, open to all nationalities, with title registered at the Dubai Land Department. Ownership can qualify you for a UAE residency visa, depending on value.

10Can I pay with Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes. Dar Global announced in 2025 that apartments in Trump Tower Dubai can be paid for in Bitcoin and other digital currencies, through a licensed stablecoin payment firm. We confirm the accepted coins and any conversion cost for your unit in writing, and we never receive or hold your coins.
11What do I need to pay with crypto?
Proof of where the crypto came from: exchange statements in your name, the wallet history linking them to the wallet you pay from, and the income that bought the coins. UAE rules require property deals paid in crypto to be reported to the financial intelligence unit, so a complete file is what gets the payment accepted quickly.
