Trump Park Residences is the residential district of Trump Plaza, Dar Global's flagship at Amaya on King Abdulaziz Road in central Jeddah. Where the Trump Executive Residences sit on the urban core of offices, shops and dining, Trump Park Residences is the quieter side of the same linear park: a private residents' enclave of apartments and townhouses, with the park, the Vitality Club and the Trump Members Club a short walk away.
The homes are larger and family-sized: 2-bedroom + study apartments from about 1,130 sq ft, 3-bedrooms from about 1,200 sq ft and 4-bedrooms up to about 2,090 sq ft, facing the park or the city, plus 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses. Every 3- and 4-bedroom home has two parking spaces. The entry price is the lowest of any Trump-branded home in the Kingdom today: SAR 1,746,818 on the developer's availability list of 31 October 2026.
You pay 20% on signing and then six instalments as the structure rises, the last 5% at handover with the Real Estate Transaction Tax included. Completion is scheduled for December 2030. Ownership is open to buyers of any nationality, as individuals, under Saudi Arabia's 2026 ownership law; Amaya sits in a designated Jeddah zone.

01What is the difference between Trump Park Residences and the Trump Executive Residences?
Both are Trump Plaza at Amaya. The Executive Residences are furnished studios to 3-bedrooms on the urban core, next to the offices and the retail street. Trump Park Residences are larger family homes on the private park: 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and townhouses, from a lower entry price.
02Can a Pakistani, or anyone who is not Saudi, buy here?
Yes. Under the ownership law in force since January 2026, non-Saudis can own in designated zones of Jeddah, and Amaya is inside one. Buyers purchase as individuals. We confirm the zone and the right unit type for you in writing before you reserve, and we handle the Saudi digital ID, bank account and registration steps with you.
03How much do I pay, and when?
SAR 50,000 reserves a unit. On signing the contract you pay 20%; then 10% at basement completion, 20% at the third-floor slab, 20% at the sixth-floor slab, 20% at façade completion, 10% at finishing completion and 5% at handover. The Real Estate Transaction Tax is included in that last instalment.
04What are the running costs?
A service charge of SAR 75 per m² a year, which does not include the Members Only Club.
05Can I buy from Pakistan without travelling?
Yes. Reservation, contract and payments can be completed remotely; we coordinate with Dar Global's sales team and walk you through each document. A visit for the final selection is useful but not required.
06Is the project escrow-protected?
Yes. Payments go to the project's regulated escrow account held with a Saudi bank; we give you the official account details with the reservation documents, never by message.
07What does RPRE charge me?
Nothing. We are a contracted sales partner of Dar Global; our fee is paid by the developer. You pay the published price.
