From Dubai to Makkah, on the ground.
Saqib Khan has worked in property since 2007, when he started as a realtor with a Dubai brokerage. Close to two decades in Dubai's off-plan market taught him the trade: reading a payment plan, checking a developer, and knowing what has to happen between booking and handover.
From Dubai he turned to Saudi Arabia early, as its first freehold launches opened to foreign buyers, and he has advised buyers in the Kingdom for three years. He now lives in Makkah, where he leads Royal Prince Real Estate's work in Saudi Arabia.
He takes our buyers from the first shortlist through site visits and paperwork in Makkah and Madinah.
