03Can a Pakistani, or anyone who is not Saudi, buy NAF 09?

04How far is it from Masjid an-Nabawi?
About 15 minutes by car, by the developer's timing, outside peak hours. Quba Mosque is also about 15 minutes away, and the Haramain railway station about 9.
05What is in each villa?
Three floors and 333 m² built: a guest majlis with its own entrance, family living and dining rooms, kitchen, housekeeper's room and laundry on the ground floor; the master bedroom, two bedrooms and a family lounge on the first; two flexible rooms and an open roof terrace on the top floor.
